This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of custom blinds and curtains purchased from Divisioninventor.

Custom Products

All custom window treatments, including made-to-measure blinds and curtains, are manufactured specifically to your specifications. Due to their custom nature, these products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will:

  • Replace the defective item at no additional cost
  • Cover all shipping costs for the replacement
  • Work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any manufacturing defects.

Measurement Errors

If we performed the measurements and there is an error in sizing:

  • We will remake the product to the correct specifications
  • No additional charges will apply for the correction
  • We will arrange for proper installation

Customer Measurement Errors

If you provided the measurements and there is an error:

  • We may offer to remake the product at a discounted rate
  • Original materials may be reused when possible
  • Additional charges may apply for new materials

Fabric and Color Variations

Please note that:

  • Fabric colors may vary slightly from digital images due to monitor settings
  • We recommend requesting fabric samples before finalizing your order
  • Color variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns

Return Process

To initiate a return or report an issue:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
  3. Include photographs if applicable
  4. Wait for our response and instructions

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects that cannot be corrected
  • Significant errors on our part that cannot be resolved
  • Cancellation of order before production begins (subject to cancellation fees)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products that have been installed or altered
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs for approved returns will be covered by Divisioninventor.
